Can’t complain! Employees are quick and efficient. Food is good for fast food. Happy meal options are adorable. Easy to order on the touch screens. Now for my standard comments. Location is clean and well kept. Plenty of parking in the lot.

Fries were cold, soggy, and lacked a bit of salt. They didn’t top it off either. You could see the yellow fries line which is typically an indicator for under filled fries. Although I know that they try to base it more on weight. Also this location penny pinches a lot. I’ve been ordering Filet O Fish for the last 10 years with hot picante sauce, and never have I ever been charged for it. So tonight when I asked the employee, she said sure, and then someone else came with the packets, and said I can give you 1 packet (mind you I ordered 3 burgers and one of them was a meal), and said the rest would be 25¢ each. I asked for a one time courtesy for a few extra packets since I’d placed an online order and already paid. They refused my request, and stated “my manager watches the cameras so I can’t.” I don’t even think most people know about the hot picante sauce, and I’d understand if it was like a dipping sauce, but it’s more of like a ketchup packet, and I have never been charged at any other location. I did some research online and I guess different locations can choose whether or not they charge for it, and the fact that this one does is extremely upsetting. Like what’s the point of penny pinching like that? I really hope it was worth it for them to lose a customer over a few pennies.

We ate lunch time the past weeks and it was warm with uncleaned tables and chairs. We ate breakfast time today and everything was clean and fresh, maybe because it is the morning and room temperature is just the right cold. Limited parking space. Has a drive thru. High chair and koala kare seen. See images and video for reference.

OK, so I just did an app pick up for the first time. I was with the whole family. Was with all my children and I figured it would be efficient. After a few minutes of waiting, I got another alert on the app that my order would be brought out in 2 to 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes, I went inside because I knew something was off. Immediately asked for the manager. While waiting, I could see my order was just sitting there on the counter. Some clown that could barely speak English said that the reason was because it was a large order and then he just mumbled a bunch of nonsense. Deleted the McDonalds app. and won’t be returning. McDonald’s has fallen off. The Wendy’s and Burger King apps actually work…!

Waited about 20 minutes standing at the front desk being completely ignored by the employees who could clearly see me standing there. None of them even acknowledged me to see if they could help. It seems the staff expects the computers to assist the customers as well. Just ended up leaving.
