This morning I made a visit to the Somerville DMV for multiple vehicles that needed to be registered. Unfortunately, I made a few mistakes in my documents but Claudia went above and beyond to make those corrections for me in a polite and professional manner. I know visitations to DMVs can be very stressful. However, Claudia deescalated the stress and made my experience exceptional!

The DMV is stereotypically the worst. But this location? I've been here three times over the past five years. I don't think I've had a bad experience yet. I'm done with my business within 20 minutes. Everyone is also so nice. Thank you guys for making errands tolerable!

I want to give kudos to the Somerville, N.J. MVC. My Mom passed recently. I needed her car title transferred into my name. I live in Chicago and was only in NJ for a few days. It could have been a real mess. Kim was both kind and incredibly helpful. I didn't know I needed the car insured under my name back in IL. before we could move forward with the transfer, but KIm helped me figure it all out, and we got it done! Great service. Thank you
