Friendly staff, quick and excellent service! Both Mr. Patrick and Mr. Steve were very helpful and knowledgeable. They do take photographs, as well and parking was great. Definitely recommend this location for passport services in NJ. Thank you!

The front desk service needs significant improvement. The staff member working was unfriendly and had a very negative attitude. It’s a shame because it ruins the first impression of the business when the person greeting you is that rude :/

Overall this was a pretty good experience. My wife made an appointment online. Parking wasn't too much of an issue because they weren't busy, but I would imagine it'd be a problem during busy times. We were let in quickly by security and the passport appt took maybe 5-10 mins. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because its 2022 and they STILL DONT TAKE CREDIT CARDS! Check or money order only... I don't travel with any those on me. Please stop living In 1980 and get a damn credit card machine!

I just went in today to record a deed. They have a big free Parking garage. I went in keeping 1 hr minimum not knowing how long the process took. I was out in 5 mins!! Very efficient handling.
