I only interacted with Sherlys each time I went there to file paperwork for the Estate and she is just the best. Polite, professional and responsive. It's a process settling an Estate in NJ so it's going to take a while no matter what. This office made it easier to navigate thru the Executor's responsibilities.
Awful. Completely unhelpful. Gave contradictory information with every call or email. Then gave information which contradicted what my attorney said. Made what should have been a straightforward probate into a months-long overcomplicated nightmare.
Love Simon is completely unresponsive to emails making the already complicated Guardianship process more difficult and timely. Please have someone speak with her to correct this issue.
Sue Hoffman is a excellent surrogate , dedicated public servant. Is a wealth of knowledge, I am very proud of her.
