Management Needs to stop reselling old (already paid for by previous tenant) air conditioners to New Tenants and should be illegal to sell these things, unless it's BRAND-NEW!

It's an ok place to live, but contacting the staff for any problem, no matter how minor, is like searching for extraterrestrial intelligence. Don't expect a reply in your lifetime.
