I had such a great experience at this Walgreens today. Lacia in the pharmacy was incredibly kind, helpful, and funny. You can tell she is a genuinely good person as is her coworker Jen.. I also want to recognize the young woman at checkout. She had such a positive attitude and was so friendly that she completely turned my day around. It’s amazing how much a simple smile and a little kindness can mean. Great customer service is hard to find, and these two made my visit a really positive one. Thank you for making a difference!

My prescription had been in processing for hours since early this afternoon. I went by in the evening just for the prescription and the cashier in the pharmacy told me it wouldn’t arrive until tomorrow. But he took the initiative, and said they should still have enough to fill the prescription. He went back there and was able to finish processing my prescription. I was out of there nice and quick, able to relieve my medical condition right away today thanks to the employee. And if a supervisor reads this, I did scan my receipt and write this experience in the survey I did.

Love Walgreens. ❤️ I stopped in yesterday to have some prints made in the photo department. Had great customer service from 2 employees. Please recognize Jyoti and Darreyl. Both were super helpful and kind. We need more people like them. They were friendly, helpful and could hold a nice conversation. 🙂 I will definitely go back. Thank you!!!!! ❤️

I went into Walgreens feeling not so great, there to pick up several prescriptions my doctor sent over. The cashier who helped me complimented my hair color and made me feel better than when I walked in. I immediately went online, found the product I used to dye my hair and went to the Consultant window. I asked for a piece of paper and was told that I could use an unused bag to write on. When the cashier called me again to cash out, I slipped her the paper and she was super appreciative. Safe to say, everyone is happier now.

Worst experience! I went in to print black and white pictures on normal paper and we were in there for 2 hours only to come out with nothing because the quality was horrible with lines!!! They tell us oh yeah we have a toner problem after 2 hours!!!! We placed an order around 8pm and sat in the store waiting for it to print and there was no help in the back to print, after a veryyy long time, someone came and then approved the print and then we still waited FOREVER after that because there was no care or urgency! So disappointed with the lack of customer care, people should read their job descriptions before accepting these kind of customer service industry jobs!
